Launcher crash when I scroll through installed content?

When I go to installed content, this thing pops up that says "Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x1029760b. Do you wish to debug it ?" And it crashes if I click yes a...

@igazor I actually tried removing the sims3 folder like you said and manually replacing everything, and it still didn't work. I'm so annoyed. I made sure not to include the bad content but it's still not working. I'm very irritated.
