Launcher crash when I scroll through installed content?

When I go to installed content, this thing pops up that says "Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x1029760b. Do you wish to debug it ?" And it crashes if I click yes a...

Do you have any custom lots or sims installed into this new game folder? They can come with other forms CC attached to them and thus land in your DCCache folder also as installed items. This is how notorious "bad" CC gets spread, like the boots and bathroom counters that caused such a fuss years ago but it can happen with any kind of content.
