Hmm. Can you direct me to a place where this has been discussed later than 2009-10? This sounds like part of a solution for working with the Mods Framework as players had to prior to Patch 1.12 a very long time ago, but everything changed after that one. Do you now or did you ever have Mods and package based content installed directly into a location in Applications > blah blah > Transgaming rather than in your Documents folder?
