Launcher crash when I scroll through installed content?

When I go to installed content, this thing pops up that says "Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x1029760b. Do you wish to debug it ?" And it crashes if I click yes a...

Unfortunately I can't find the thread that said I could move the dbc into mods. It was probably really old though. And I don't even see an "applications" option on my computer. I've never seen anything that says transgaming either. Everything seems to be in Documents. @igazor
