Legacy Island 3

Hi. I'm playing this lovely island at the moment and was wondering if anyone else who uses it knows of any good legacy lots for those spaces. I'm hopeless at building and love looking at other peoples creations. I have asked on the creative forum but have no replies so far. If anyone has any recommendations, that would be great. Thanks.

    I've got this house in my studio. It is the smallest one I have there. No cc but lots of store content. You should be able to easily have up to 8 sims living comfortably in it. There are bedrooms on 2 floors and the basement goes down 4 levels so it has 9 levels altogether on a smallish lot. It's even got a swimming pool in the basement.
