Looking for a mod or other useful tool to manage townie homes inventories

I'm on roughly gen 11 of a town I've been building up. Switching lots every 21 to 60 sim days, depending on how long it takes to complete the selected ltw(s). Made the mistake of having sim population set at the default 180, have since lowered it to 50 (about 5 sims per lot with a house). Hoping that will help some with the issue.

Already have nraas error trap, overwatch, and sp installed. Also use Kuree's save cleaner every few generations.

About house 6 I started running into more hiccups than usual. Instead of sticking to my plan of adding another lot I bounced back to an older, now npc townie, lot. The sims in the household were all 3rd and 4th generation born in game npc townie sims.

The buy mode household inventory box was stuffed with diplomas, books, umbrellas, parasols, teddy bears, baseballs, footballs, items received from attending gift giving parties, cars, romance interaction flowers, and at a couple of houses collectables. Personal backpacks were also stuffed with similar items.

Besides bouncing through townie homes every couple of generations when ready to add another home to the world I'm playing in what if any options are there to reduce back ground clutter in npc homes.
