Looking for a rundown Farm lot
I want to start the farm challenge and need a good rundown farm lot. I cannot find the right one to start with. Do any of you know a good Farm lot that is not too large

Sorry I didn't reply earlier. I was out and about and my phone didn't have my current password for this forum saved. I resolved that issue as soon as I got home. :lol:
I really didn't look for any other abandoned farms. The one I used from @Piano_angel is called Mars and is available on their Exchange. It is a household of a father and son that includes the house (which looks worse than a frat house at University)! I used CAS to change Leon to daughter Loni before I started to play.
If you want to use your own Sims, you can always place the house and evict the occupants. It does come with a family of five ghosts, though. I'm used to ghosts in my games as I have been playing the Legacy Family Challenge for nine generations, and all of the headstones are located on the property, but if the thought of ghosts turns you off, send me a PM and I will tell you how to evict them as well. :wink:
The house itself is really run-down, with peeling paint, debris in one bedroom, and a missing porch railing. Anything inside the house that can break is broken and there are water puddles and clothing everywhere. It took my Sim almost a full game week to get everything repaired while going to school and caring for her dad. The house has charm and has really grown on me.
I've been documenting my journey in the "What happened in your sims 3 game today?" thread, starting on page 4319 near the bottom of the page. I can't figure out how to point to that exact post. :blush:
