Story: There are two things which Samir, Sam or Sammy either way, LOVE the most, potato and curry. They are Samir's favorite foods which represent his dual heritage of being Indirish, Indian papaji, or father, and Irish mother. During Samir's "toddler-hood" and childhood in Dublin, he spend most of his time together with his mom while his papaji was busy and away most of time as Executive Chef in a 5 stars hotel. His trait of creativity is fully matured when he was still a kid, thanks to his mom, who was a well known story writer, for reading so many wonderful bed time story books every single night, it is a wonderful till today that he'll forever cherish.
However, Samir's mom pass away when at his age of 12, such event devastate both his papaji and him. In his preteen years, he was practically live in seclusion like his papaji who still in denial by bury deep in his job. Still despair from his mom's pass away, his only comfort is a Blarffy bear, gift from his mom before she passes, Childish Trait. While in school, other students constantly make indecent jeer of his awkward appearance, worst scenario as being implied of his mom a disgraceful pluming llama. That incident immediately provoks him, in the end Samir successfully defends his beloved mom's honor but at a price of being fired from school because of his "violent behavior". Soon after, his papaji's decides the family, together with Blarffy bear, leave Dublin and move to Calcutta, papaji's hometown.
New life in Calcutta never being easy for Samir in the beginning, such as the weather and social adaptation. A polar opposite from where Samir use to in Dublin, luckily one thing which he adapts instinctively well is taste of food. Here in Calcutta, he finds anther of his favorite food, curry. At this moment on he finds his true calling in culinary art. After graduating from senior school, he directly enrolls into culinary college and graduate in top rank mark. As well, during in time of both senior and college years, he spends most of his holidays together with his papaji by traveling around India for culinary tour, then further east to Vietnam, China and Japan, pass over the pacific ocean to South America. By the time of his college graduation he already become a master chef. Foodie Trait.
After the graduation he decides to chose San Myshyuno as a start of his new life and dream, together with his best Blarffy friend, while papaji still decide to remain in Calcutta. With impressive degree in culinary art, he immediately gets a job offer but start as dish washer, never be easy in the beginning. His love and passion of food over comes many obstacles, like wiining another Reality Show in Culinary business. Finally he is a celebrity chef himself now, currently saving money, and is getting there now, to buy a penthouse in the art's quater.

Samir palmface himself and sigh: Papaji... that's polar opposite when you meet mom.
Sidenote: He is physically a bulky built because he spend sometime in gym for epic workout. In his line of work, he MUST sample various dish daily. He is very conscious about health and shape of body. In his mind, the more he exercise the more he can eat. Fav. color spice red, like his beard :lol: Oh~ have I mentioned that he can sing well as professional Bollywood actors :lol:. It's part of his Indian heritage too.
