No, they have both been young adults for awhile. She was born in the game, while they were both children at the time. However, they were both still teens at the time of her teen birthday, but not for very long after that. I suppose it could be that the game gave them the attraction to her while they were at school together, and never took it away after they aged up. I don't remember when the first letters started coming, but it's been going on for awhile. She's a little over halfway through the 28 day teen stage now.
