I made a bunch of single sims to populate the town. I also wanted them all to have a good selection to choose from. 28 single sims moved in next.

For the first 28 sim days I didn't add anymore. Then I went and kidnapped a few sims from other worlds to add more to the town after I tweaked them a bit.
