Male hair on female sims.
Is there any way to put the male hair on female sims? I've been trying to create a simself, but I have really short hair. None of the short female hairstyles quite work, but a few of the male hairst...

Short answer: EA did not build coding into the cheats to do this.
Even if you download a Sim from the Exchange with the desired hairstyle, it's unlikely to work if you don't have the setup for CC & may hurt your game.
Mods are work, but if you want more than EA provided, it's pretty much the only way to go. It took me ages to decide to install my first one & now I swear by NRaas/twallan.
