Man went back to Sims 3 and there are SO many interactions...

I just went back to the Sims 3 for the first time in like forever. The first thing that hit me was that when I went to talk with another Sim there was a ton of interactions! I forgot what it was like to have options and have interactions with other Sims not feel like a chore!

Sorry but man it just shocked me. I completely forgot how much more stuff there was in the Sims 3...

I use pose player rarely because story telling isn't really my thing. I do use NRaas: Animator quite a bit because while I don't story tell, I sometimes document my game on tumblr and if I miss something I can recreate it with Animator. You can play any game animation on command with it.

There's a cheat for that as well, but maybe the mod is easier? (the cheat is rather complicated)

Also check out the social interactions of sloppy sims vs neat sims.
There is so much built in drama between sims of these opposing traits that makes it a little difficult for them to get along unlike in TS4.
I haven't tried the other opposing traits, but that might be a fun social experiment.

  • I myself never use any poses for my sims story either nrass animator. However that's always the same animations, that is makes me feel very frustrated.

Those screenshots are awesome. Seeing The Sims 3 visuals are just amazing to look at, it actually feels really good to see the game again. The Sims 3 is and always will be my favorite Sims game to date. Though I do want to see EA revisit The Sims 3 again when they do The Sims 5.
  • I gave up on four.It felt more like a series of quests then a sims game.Like I hate having goals to meet when hosting a party.Seriously, I don't set goals at my parties in real life.XD And the constant need of needing to be near other sims....My sim in 4 went to use the toilet, other sim got up from the kitchen table, carried her food into the bathroom to chat while the other sim was peeing.Seriously who does that? And who needs to keep switching seats at a table, like you can't talk across the table?
