map tags question

what is the difference between the blue and red tags on the map view? fire station is a different color than the police dept and city hall, so it's not to do with city services. Is it to do with which ones are rabbitholes?

Is it possible for me to change the colors of the tags so that they make more sense to me? I play several neighborhoods but I waste a lot of time trying to find the firestation etc.

I want my colors to make sense! Now! lol

    Red map tags are rabbitholes. Blue map tags are places you are able to see inside.

    Twallan's Story Progression has a colored map tag system, but I don't know if there is a way to change them. I don't use the map tag function because all those little bubbles make me crazy. :D

    Thanks so much.That has helped. I had Story Progression for a bit but got rid of it bc of the bubbles. I managed about five minutes of play and had to go take thhe mod out. I didn't know you can turn off map tags! Cool!
