mermaids have no tails
I have a playable mermaid and for some reason she and none of the NPC mermaids have visable tails. They move their legs as in the tail animation underwater but sim like a normal sim above the surfac...

Hello again like i said before i am having the same prob as all you.But last night i found a salution.I am not sure if it will work for everyone but you all can give it a try.I put Triton into my family then edited him in cas making him a teen.Once i went out he had his tail yes he had.So once i had him a teen i aged him up in cheats to a young adult.Still had his tail i was soo happy.Now you can all try this trick and see if it works.I am going to summom all the mermaids and see if their legs have scales or not.If they don't i will repeat putting them in cas without putting in in my home.Then see what happens.I hope this works for all you.I know it is a pain to do all this but it will be worth it.Going in game now to try see ya all later bye. :mrgreen:
