mermaids have no tails
I have a playable mermaid and for some reason she and none of the NPC mermaids have visable tails. They move their legs as in the tail animation underwater but sim like a normal sim above the surfac...

As a matter of fact this underwater cave exploring stops working if your mermaid NPCs don't have tails. As soon as I fixed them with aging trick the caves work again.
