I'm playing testing it right now. The second version of Mesa Valley is great. I really like your use of plants, and most of the building designs are excellent, but I do have a few issues with it. First, you labeled the laundromat as "No Visitors Allowed," instead of giving it a "Laundromat" map tag. i know that's minor, but sims won't visit a "no visitors allowed lot," and also people will have trouble finding it, and might not even realize the map has a laundromat until they happen to stumble upon it. Also Mesa Valley could use some more affordable housing for multi-sim households. Just two or three more two and three bedroom starter homes for those just starting out would be nice.
