Midnight Hollow or Lucky Palms?

I just bought 5000 simpoints and I'm torn between Midnight Hollow and Lucky Palms. Which one do you think is better and what should I get with the remaining simpoints?

I could have skip both (I have them both but rarely play), but as far as premium content I like the Savvy Seller's Collection better than the Wishing Well.
