For me I had to have winrar or 7zip to extract it, because my computer does weird things with files, like it literally opens it.The box pops up "Open with" and wants me to select a program.So I just assumed winrar was required.Probably just my funky computer.
That's the only bad part about winrar.I just hated 7zip because my computer constantly wanted to use it for everything including my photos and screenshots(even items that didn't need to be unzipped, again my computer is weird so...XD)
