I said Other, thinking of Monte Vista. Riverview is another good choice but although the ambience is very rural there aren't many good farming lots available and one of them is already lived in.
Monte Vista has several big lots already laid out with vegetables and outbuildings and at least 2 large lots are empty to start afresh. You could make nectar with your own vineyard. Add to that the weather, you could set it to a very long hot summer and get more growing time.
