Moving Contents of Library Folder to new computer?

I was even able to do the game file transfer back when I moved from the Mac version of the game over to Windows. And again when I switched from Origin to Steam, but for that last one the store content did need to be downloaded and installed over again. If your method of installation and account with the store are the same though, then that really shouldn't be a problem.
