Multiple Pedestal Reserves

I'm making a Museum to hold WA collectibles. It will have three floors, one for each country. I'm filling it with empty pedestals to receive the collectible relics. I'm having a bit of trouble making them specific enough. For example, on the French floor, I want a pedestal to receive an Ancient Gargoyle. I can reserve it for French, for Ancient, for Dangerous Creatures (not specific to Gargoyle) but not all three. Is there a way to make them more specific? I'd also like to specify which Chinese Vase (or part of other sets) is on each pedestal to make sure there are no duplicates and that each collection is complete.
