Must-Have / Essential Mods for The Sims 3

Question

I'm looking to relive some of my experiences from The Sims 3.

Mods I'm interested in:

- Improved textures.
- Overall bug fixes.
- Controls culling.

I'm also looking for a Sunset Valley type of world where I can also dive. Big enough to add in resorts and all sorts of venues.

NRAAS have a heap of mods that solve most problems with The Sims 3. There is a post about them stivkied to the top of this forum.

As for a world with diving. If it has sufficiently deep water you can build a dive lot in most worlds. I have a tutorial on how to build a dive lot in m y YouTube channel.

I had tried an updated Sunset Valley that included at least 1 dive lot and discoverable island(s) but not sure what it's name was - maybe Sunset Island 2.
