The simmer on this thread provided his computer's specs to us, we can still see them on Pastebin, and the conclusion was that it was far too underpowered to be playing TS3 or TS4 on it without the danger of overheating and damaging the machine. I'm afraid that disabling full screen mode would not have been a helpful solution for that player, or at least not a long-lasting one. Their computer's processor was too weak, they did not have enough RAM, and they had integrated graphics rather than a dedicated card. I hope they found a way to play the games they want as well, but likely it wouldn't have been on that computer.
