By any chance when you go to play another neighborhood you, do you just exit to the main menu and then try to load another neighborhood? If so it is recommended NOT to do that.When you finish one save it is always best to exit the game completely to desktop and then relaunch it. @igazor or @puzzlezaddict might know more about then I do, but I believe data from one save can carry over to the new town and cause corruption
