My Sims 3 keeps freezing after about 10 mins.{solved}

I just got on the internet again after a few years and i got a new pc .
I installed Sims 3 to it and it would not download store content .I did get that fixed now my game will freeze after about 10 mins.
The game could not find my graphics card witch i fixed, my drivers have been updated , windows 10 has been updated, Origin has been updated. I have no mods installed . I do have the disks , but downloaded form Origin.
Can anyone help me please :'(
I am running a AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor 3.20 GHz,16.0 GB ram, Windows64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. Radeon RX 580 Series graphic card. C disk 222g and D disk is 1tb .

    If you're still having trouble, please run a dxdiag: hit Windows key-R, enter "dxdiag" without quotes, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, upload it to a filehosting site (the free version of Pastebin is fine) and link it here.

    Please also post the first 40 or so lines of deviceconfig.log, inside Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. (Stop where "Options" starts.) You can just copy and paste the info into a reply here. Your user and computer names will be about 20 lines down, so delete those if you want; the file doesn't contain any other identifying information.

    It was my graphics card . I watched a video how to make sims3 recognize my card and upped the ram texture from .34 to 1024. I am however still having a problem with logging in and uploading or downloading.

    They're having an issue with the site as we speak but they are looking into the issue.

    Here is a thread that someone started where EA_Cade commented in it and where he will post any updates as they come in.
