- maybe buy the flat screen tv that goes on the wall. I've never had this problem and I've always had that tv so it might have to be a sort of modern/expensive tv to work. Then for it to work you have to put a coffee table directly under or as close to the tv as possible and put the console on this. I've had the problem of the console not being close enough to the tv to work so it might be this x hope this helped x

- Even if you have a compatible tv, sometimes clicking on the console doesn't work and you have to click on the tv to play instead.
- SimplyJen10 years agoSeasoned AceLike Igazor pointed out, try clicking on the TV. This is how I've always used it and I've even paired it with the cheapest TV.

- KevinL527510 years agoSeasoned AceI had the same problem, but I got lucky as the game gave me a message that the game console was too far away from the TV and would not work.

my video game places just fine and shows up on the TV yet my sim just stands up and gets no skill from it!!
