@Nabril I can easily disable paparazzi with NRaas Register, and still keep the celebrity system, so that is not a problem. I do it often, when I play in rural or small town worlds. I only kept them because of the Vanderburg family being royalty, because it seems unrealistic to not have paparazzi following royal family members around. Still, if they're going to spoil my enjoyment of my game, I will get rid of them.
After I try those other things, I'll post a screenshot of the fence in build mode for you if they don't work. Or do you need more than one picture, like maybe one from in front of the gate and one behind it?
