My trees are dormant in mild temperatures? (Answered)

I've entered into mid-fall in Deery Meadows and my outdoor garden that the Frankovitch family has on their lot hasn't shown any signs of going dormant yet and it's fall with summerlike weather for most of the season in Tempest except for the last two days which will be more like fall.
