Mysterious Mr Gnome

I've been doing some research on the matter and, well, the only thing that I can come up with is that you have to wait. Keep a lot of plasma fruit plants around. The more there are, the higher your chance of getting a vampire gnome.

Keep in mind that there's also a diver gnome, and the gnome from ITF. :D
