I did have a third dog gnome appear, and my Sims will be going to France soon. Gnomes I've buydebugged around the town are off-limits but game-placed ones are fair game. I built a dive lot in the mouth of the bay, so I hope to find a diving gnome there at some point.
Omg what a collection there are such great Gnomes here, I have only gotten two types as yet can not wait to get more of the other types.

PS (edit) I did have the WA gnomes once from traveling but don't have that save anymore
