need some suggestions for good no c/c sim creators.

thanks @PalmArrow @GraceyManor , i'll be sure to check em out next time i'm looking. i dont know why maxis ever let people upload sims that require c/c to the exchange. it just ruined that feature and made it useless. sims like that should have been marked as private so only the uploader can access them. guess im 10 years too late on that suggestion rofl
