Wow there's a lot of info and chatter on this thread. A bit overwhelming, but interesting. (pardon me, I'm a sim newb still learning *G*)
I Just came in with the Sims 4 and have the Get to Work ep (big purchase for me, but I was drooling on the screen too much watching - lol). And, totally understand now why kids love this game so much -- it's so addicting and fun at times.
I've not modded the game as of yet (still in the excited newb phase, but looking into getting some in the future. No culling mod seems the most important one to have until the gurus fix that culling, I think. It just zapped me in game - took away my alien friends (including my kid's father). Unfortunately, too many saves passed to get 'em back again. Ah well, live and learn.
It really has helped that I've been a Sims watcher before a player, I think. Can learn so much and it helps you play better. (yay, sims community!)
