Well hello there everyone, nice to meet you. Yes I will be that person who answers all of the questions in the beginning post because I'm horrible at introducing myself :)
1. What is your favorite EP/SP and why?
First would be Supernatural from TS3, however, Seasons from TS3 comes right on its coat tails. Supernatural just gave a major overhaul to all of the supernatural like sims we already had. Between that and the add-ons of other supernatural types, it was just incredible and made me have a lot of fun in my game. Seasons was just visibly gorgeous and entertaining.
2. What is your favorite thing about the game?
I play a lot of MMORPGs and basically the end game of any of those games is to get the best gear so you can PVP. I don't really consider myself a gamer as I have a difficult time staying in the PVP mindset constantly. Sometimes I just need a game where I can be calm, and The Sims games give that to me.
3. Do you play with cheats? If so, which ones?
Hardly ever. If I do it's for resetting a sim, or I use the CAS cheat sometimes if a sim aged up and I need to replace their traits.
4. Do you have any tips/tricks you'd like to share?
I learned from TS2, and TS3, never leave Testing cheats enabled (whatever the updated name may be) on. Everytime a new game comes out, people play with TCE, and they leave on, and then their game dissolves into a pool of problems.
5. Did you buy the Sims 4? If so, what are your favorite and least favorite things?
Yes. I think the game has a long way to go. There's quite a few errors within each and every pack that comes out, however, my favorite thing would be the CAS sliders, and the improvements to building rooms / houses in the game. My least favorite thing is the attraction system. I've been hoping EA would bring back the attraction system from TS2 (with lightning bolts and all). Personally for me it provided a challenge with my sims that I miss in the newest editions of the game.
