Hello everyone! I'm new here. Actually I registered since last April but I've been lurking around the forum ever since. This will be my first post, please be nice to me haha. I've started playing The Sims since I was 12 I think and that was The Sims 1 back then. I remember I got hooked immediately and can't wait to finish school everyday just to get home and start playing. I am currently playing The Sims 4 and I really really love it so far. I like to dress up my sims and make them look like models and populate the whole town with beautiful people :)
Some Questions to Get You Started
1. What is your favorite EP/SP and why?
Pets! I love cats and if I create a single Sim who lives by themselves I often create a cat as the company. And the animals are really adorable.
2. What is your favorite thing about the game?
I like the social aspect of the game. I love having my Sims go out and meet new people and make new friends. I often invite Sims for parties and I really have fun seeing them interacting with each other. There are dramas, of course and that what makes the game interesting :)
3. Do you play with cheats? If so, which ones?
The money cheat haha. Often the buildings I like are downloaded off the gallery and they are so expensive. I don't have the patience to gather enough simoleans and work my way up the career to buy the wonderful houses so I always end up using the money cheat :p
4. Do you have any tips/tricks you'd like to share?
In Sims 4, if you are too lazy or busy to make your Sims cook everytime they are hungry, make sure they complete the Chef aspirations so they will be rewarded with a trait that makes the meals your sims cooked will never get spoiled. So you can cook a lot of food and store them in your sims inventory. Whenever they are hungry they will take out the food from their inventory and eat it :) I always complete this aspirations for my career Sims and Sims who manage retail stores to save their time.
5. Did you buy the Sims 4? If so, what are your favorite and least favorite things?
Yes. My favorite thing is that CAS is much easier and simpler. I could spend hours just creating and dressing up my sims. I hope more amazing EPs are released soon as The Sims 4 is very much lacking contents in term of gameplay, but I still enjoy playing it than The Sims 3. The Sims 3 is a lagfest for me.
