Ok I did everything suggested. I even installed nraas error trap mod so see if that could help. I started up the game and played for about 20 minutes. My sim was at a community lot and crash to desktop.
I checked the file created by the error log mod. It said....

type: BREAKPOINT
Does anyone know what that means?
