Speaking of which, do you have the Prism Art Studio from the Store? There is a jewelry tree that comes with it, as well as jewelry boxes that appear when you drag jewelry items your Sim has crafted out of their personal inventory, which can help flesh things out a bit more. I combined those items along with some cut gems on WA display cases for a consignment store, which worked for my purposes.
Maybe you could use recolored WA display cases plus the ring CC in your wedding shop for a similar effect?
