No retirement option?
My sim just became an Elder so I went to look through the job options and retire wasn't there. Am I thinking of sims 2 or have I missed something?

How strange, the retirement option should be there... check all the options: phone, work place, even talking face to face with your boss. If it's still not there, it may be broken somehow. What job are you in? Independant/self employed careers are not available for retirement :? Hope it works! :)
