NPC has completed LTW but never actually got level 10 in career
Is there a way to fix this? I have NRAAS too but I can’t seem to figure out how to fix this. He was one of the college sims and I got him to move and marry my sim.

Which exact LTW and career was this? Some of them are meant to fire at Level 9, others have different requirements.
We can't exactly take an already credited LTW away from a sim but we can take Lifetime Reward Points away if we think they have too many and we can assign them a new (second, third, etc.) LTW using MasterController (MC Cheats module required) for them to work on. The two commands are under MC > (Sim) > Intermediate.
