Nrass storyprogression mod question

I’ve already asked in the NRAAS forum, but I’m not sure how quickly they will answer me.
I have the NRAAS story progression mod installed in place of eas, and have just started a custom world and populated it with my own sims from the bin.
Because they are new sims, they all have roughly the same age. (1 day into life state... 2 days...). So I was wondering if the mod changes the ages of the sims in the towns to make it more spaced out, otherwise all adults would age up at the same time, elders etc and then die at the same time.
