On average, how long do you spend in CAS making 1 sim?

I have had sims that only took minutes (not counting the time it takes to dress them) :p Most of my other sims really don't take very long (less than half an hour) but undergo minor tweaks over the years as my style changes or as I add more custom sliders to my game.
