My sim has a quest in Egypt to take a photo of a sim for an online dating profile, problem is every time I take a photo of the sim, it does not register that I've taken a photo. It still says 0/1 phot...

I think there's a glitch with that, because it never works like it should. What I do is keep taking photos out of the camera until the opportunity bar becomes active. Then I put all the ones I don't need back in the camera, because once it's active, it stays that way, and you can use it to complete the opportunity.
