Origin won't download my games

So i installed sims 3 base game and i added ambitions, pets, showtime, university, seasons, world adventures via the serial code on origin.(i had those on disk) Origin says those are in my game library and bought it but they won't install... i tried everything... cleared the origin cache, reinstalled sims 3 base game. But when i redownload it it only says that i have luxury stuff and late night as expansions.

Does someone here have the same problem?
