Oscar hatches a plan
Louise moved in with Oscar in the Summer and by Winter they had continued to live their own separate lives. They barely saw each other as they came and went going about their own daily routines.
Louise didn't try to avoid him, there was just no reason to seek him out and he was rarely at home. When Louise was at home she was generally in her own room sculpting.

One day Oscar was preparing to eat his breakfast when Louise came down to the kitchen. The previous day had been disappointing when he ended a fruitless relationship with the last possible wife in the entire world.

Since Louise was his house mate he'd always avoided having any contact with her.
He knew she was flirty but she never tried to flirt with him. Probably for the same reasons as he'd avoided flirting with her. They needed to share a house and that meant they needed to get along and the best way to do that was to avoid unnecessary contact with each other.
Since he'd just broken up with his last possible prospective wife he was feeling particularly despondent.
When Louise appeared in front of him unexpectedly he really looked at her for the first time ever and thought she was the most beautiful sim he'd ever come across and he wanted her to be the mother of his babies. The only problem was she didn't like children.
He'd found out a little about her since she moved in. He knew her traits and her lifetime wish as well as what her career was. He was happy to know that not only did they share two traits, but they also shared an interest in music. You see, Louise played the guitar too. It was part of her lifetime wish to get to level 10 in guitar.
But the big stumbling block was her dislike of children.
Oscar went back into problem solving mode. He needed to find a way to convince her it would be a good idea to marry him and have at least 15 children with him.
He knew she was an orphan and didn't seem to have friends so he wouldn't have to also convince an extended family and a whole lot of friends - all of whom would undoubtedly have their own agendas.
Most of the problems he'd been having with local sims had been caused by their friends and families questioning their sanity when being told of his requirement to have 15 children. Some had been tempted but after being reasoned with by their friends or families they had all chosen to refuse him.
Louise's isolation from friends and having no family removed two huge potential hurdles in his endeavour to convince her to marry him and start having lots of babies with him.
Of course there was the other issue of her strong dislike of being anywhere near children. He was sure he'd find a way to overcome that little problem.
He liked that she worked at home as a sculptor so there weren't even workmates for him to worry about taking her aside and convincing her to steer clear of him. In other words, she was as isolated as any sim could be.
He recognised she was a hopeless romantic and was flirty too. These were two traits he shared with her. They were good traits in his opinion as it made it easy for him to get close to her once he'd noticed her and decided to try his luck with her.
He thought sharing traits would make it easier for them to get along in the future too. She'd understand his need to flirt with others and he'd try to ignore her flirting with others too, so long as she stayed faithful to him - at least until she'd had all of the babies he wanted.
He considered the possibility he might have to be prepared to let her go in the end as she might find it too difficult to stay with him once they had so many children in the house.
He decided he'd stay faithful to her too if she would agree to marry him and have at least 15 of his babies.
He knew he'd have to let her go though if she found it all too difficult to cope with living in a house full of children before she'd had all of the babies he wanted.
Oscar knew Louise was an orphan and had to find her own way in the world.
Although she was flirty she never seemed to make any friends. She didn't have a loner trait but she did seem to like her own company more than the company of others.
She seemed to be a nice quiet sim and he found her company to be pleasant and relaxing.
There'd been no trouble for the entire time she'd been renting the room and sharing his house with him.
He decided to convince her he would take care of her and their babies if she would marry him. But only if she agreed to have a minimum of 15 babies with him - this would be a condition of the marriage.
