Party Question
How does one get a successful party? I've read that if the property is clean, food is available, socialization happens and there are fun things to do, the party can be successful. I'm slightly confuse...

The Legendary Host LTR helps a lot with parties. I usually try to get that for any sim who throws a party.
I did once have a party where no one showed up. IIRC, I used NRaas MC to invite over the guests one by one instead. So, no actual party but they came over and hung out anyways.
