They need or should really consider:

Farming/Rural Life SP/EP
Shopping & Outing SP/ EP
Vacations SP/EP
Romance Or a Sim-based Faith/Religion SP/EP (Nothing controversial... and something so silly no one can argue it).
Unfortuanly a Dating Ep won't happen in the sims 3 though it might in the sims 4. Were getting new romantic stuff in bits. Generations brung Watch Stars,Seasons added Love Letters,Online Dating and the Slowdance. Universities is adding new kisses and romantic poses.
The same can be said for a religious ep.
Vacations is happening with Island Paradise.
Shopping and Outing sounds like fun but that will probebly be added to Island Paradise.
Farming may or may not happen
Reality Tv probebly won't happen althought I'd welcome it if it did.
I'd like to see the Mountain Vacation ep added before the series is over.
