At the point where the phone wouldn't stop ringing, I would have tried a Save As (different save file name), quit entirely to the Desktop or Origin, and loaded the game again. If still no good, then that would probably be the time to revert to a prior save from before this happened.
So now I just found out she is pregnant , but I didn't get the notification nor is the moodlet appearing.
