As for the missing pregnant moodlet... others have reported the pregnancy should continue regardless. I would reset the sim using NRaas: MasterController if you haven't already.
- Wait for an incoming call (switching household to force call doesn't count)
- Silence the phone and then unsilence.
- Exit game and clear cache files.
- Change world by traveling to uni or any other travel destination.
- Reset the sim using NRaas: MasterController
- Reset the phone with NRaas: MasterController or NRaas: DebugEnabler
