Zoo, I think if you drop the "free" from the fog emitter code and add "sit" instead, it makes them stationary.
Try that? :)
Example: "butterflycrypt" or "butterflycryptsit" instead of "butterflycryptfree".
P.S. Arica, I finally downloaded your simself and tested it out, sims do indeed seem to be extra blurry when photographed fully. I never noticed this before, probably because most of my photos of humans are either a portrait or a bust or a snap from head to waist. The blurry photo still looks good when zoomed out though.
