I was wondering the same thing :) I love to build and would love to use some of these ideas.
Would we have to make a sim and keep all of the photographs in their inventory and have them be on the lot we're building on? Also, will the photographs in the build transfer over if someone downloads the home from the exchange?

In my experience as long as you don't put them in digital frames they transfer just fine. Take a peek at the pics on my "Kerry Family Home", it shows in the preview shots of the house pics that were taken straight from camera to wall (I did recolor frames). Not sure why but have had no luck with dl builds with digital pic frames they arrive blank.
