Figured this thread deserved an overdue nudge. :D
I still plan to add some more things to it, been crazy busy with uni but now that summer's almost here I'm hoping to have way more free time again.

cuddlles and MandysAMess, I use one sim to take ALL of my photographs. I keep him in a separate game save and move him to different worlds if I have to. I keep all of the photographs separated into "themes" (for example "People", "Towns", "Food" etc) on separate cameras and keep all of the cameras in a WA treasure chest. When I'm starting a new build and plan to use some of my old photos, I simply go into my photographer sim's saved game and retrieve the chest via either him or a random sim, then save them to the bin and use them as my household when starting a new build.
scrapper42, hmm yes. When I am done decorating a new build, I go into Edit Town and move the sims out that way. Perhaps the photos get removed if you use the phone on your sim and move them right in live mode?
